What’s your exchange policy?
If you would like to make any changes on your previous order such as size, style, or color, you must contact us by email within 7 days after you receive the item. There are NO refunds of shipping & handling charges. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping & handling charges and it will be deducted from credit card.
What’s your return policy?
We only accept the return of new undamaged merchandise that has not been worn or used. You must contact us by email at sales@thinkaboutyou.com within 7 days after you receive the items. For a refund (shipping & handling charges are not refundable), the item must be return back to us within 7 days after you contact us for returns. It will be inspected for any damage, sign of being worn. If the item is failed by our inspection, it will be sent back to you and deem final sale.
What’s your return policy for defective?
If you find a manufacturer’s defect on your order within 7 days, we will repair or replace it at NO cost. If the item is lost or damaged during shipping process, we wil replace it at NO cost. You must contact us to notify of your return prior to shipping the item back to us.
Have you received my return?
Please allow 2-3 weeks, from the time you mailed us your package, for us to receive and process your return/exchanges. To find out if your returned merchandise has been received, please send us an email at cs@thinkaboutyou.com. To check your order status, we need your order number and your billing zipcode. Include as much information about your order as possible, starting with your first and last name and the order number, and any inquiries you have. You will receive a reply via email.
